Clifford Walking Group

 The Group was formed in 2003 primarily for Clifford residents, there is no membership fee as it is an informal gathering of people who enjoy the countryside in the friendly company of other walkers.  We have different leaders for each of our monthly walks which ensures an ever changing scene. Distances are usually around 6 to 8 miles.  Pauline Winterburn, 842768 co-ordinates the Clifford Walking Group.  In 2011 the celebrated the 100th Clifford Walking Group Walk.

Amblers group for those who prefer a more leisurely outing during the gentler months. The walks should be less than 5 miles.  Glennis Allan 845348, co-ordinates the 'amblers'.
Details of walks for both Groups will appear in the Clifford Outlook and on the 'News and Events' page.

Scramblers group meet occasionally throughout the year for more strenuous walks in the Dales, Peak District, etc. These are NOT advertised in Outlook.
