Currently at St John’s we have just under 90 pupils on roll who are aged from 3 to 19 years of age. As a residential and day school approximately half our pupils travel daily with the remainder coming from all parts of the U.K. Our multi-disciplinary team comprises Teachers of the Deaf, Speech and Language Therapists, Learning Support Assistants, Care Staff, an Audiologist and a school nurse. The school curriculum is broad and balanced and pupils can take a wide range of GCSEs, Entry Level Qualifications and Vocational Courses. Ofsted last judged the care to be Outstanding and the school to be Good with Outstanding features. We are a SEN Specialist School for sensory and physical impairments.
