The council normally meets on the last Wednesday of each month (except August) in the Village Hall, usually commencing at 7:30 p.m.  The public notice in OUTLOOK gives further details.    Members of the public are entitled to be present and are warmly invited to attend.  Members of the public may make representations, answer questions or give evidence relating to an item of business subject to the provisions of Standing Orders including procedural decisions of the Chairman.

The Annual Parish Meeting is held before the end of May in each year and every elector is entitled to attend, speak and vote.

Meetings in 2010 will be held on:
January 20^th; February 24^th; March 31^st ; April 28^th; May 26^th; June 30^th; July 21^st*; August - no meeting; September 29^th; October 27^th; November 24^th; December 15th.
